Panic Disorder is when people experience frequent Panic Attacks, and when they start to worry about those attacks.

Panic Disorder Course - Penny Course Scenario
Meet Penny, a 20 something woman who develops panic attacks and begins to avoid situations for fear of panic. She takes you through these lessons: 
Lesson 1 The Diagnosis
Learning about your symptoms of Panic Disorder.
Lesson 2 About treatment
Learning how to control your hyperventilation and about different types of breathing exercises.
Lesson 3 Learning to manage thoughts
Learning ways to deals and challenge with unhelpful thoughts.
Lesson 4 Plan to conquer fears
Learn about how to confront your fears with step-by-step exercises.
Lesson 5 Confront the easy fears
Learn how to slowly and repeatedly confront your fears and manage unpleasant feelings.
Lesson 6 Confront other fears
Learn how to confront other fears and setbacks with a relapse prevention plan.
